SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Definition
Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession of the goods to the consumer.
2. Order Processing Time
Under normal circumstances, the seller will process orders as quickly as possible, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Make Your Scents undertakes to dispatch orders within 72 business hours following order confirmation, subject to product availability.
3. Delivery Time
Once prepared, orders will be handed over to La Poste (Colissimo) for delivery within 2 to 3 business days in mainland France.
To facilitate delivery by the carrier, customers agree to take the necessary steps to ensure successful delivery of their parcel, including displaying their name clearly on their mailbox and providing any necessary access codes and telephone numbers.
4. Delivery Delays
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 5 business days, customers must notify Make Your Scents' customer service department, which will take the necessary and appropriate steps to resolve the situation.
5. Delivery Address
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
6. Product Conformity
If a product does not comply with the order, the consumer must submit a complaint to the seller in order to obtain a replacement product or, where applicable, cancellation of the sale.
7. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer from the delivery date specified in the order confirmation, except where full payment for the order has not been received at the time of purchase.
Article 10 – Product Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right may be exercised by contacting our customer service department at:
Returned items must be intact, unused and in their original packaging. Any product that has been opened, damaged or used cannot be returned.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
In the event of a valid and compliant withdrawal, Make Your Scents will refund all payments received, excluding the original shipping costs and return shipping costs.
Please note that, for any return, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have been received and inspected.
Only orders for which payment has been charged or made by the consumer are eligible for a refund.
Please note that replacement shipments sent at our expense do not constitute a new purchase. Consequently, such shipments cannot under any circumstances be subject to a refund request.
