RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may return your order provided that you submit your withdrawal request within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To ensure that your return and refund are processed under the best possible conditions, please follow the procedure below carefully. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in your refund being refused.

1. Contact us by email at contact@makeyourscents.com, providing your order number and informing us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. From the date of your request, you have 14 days to return the products (based on the shipping date).

2. Check the condition of the products. All products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return your parcel to the following address:

4. Choose a tracked shipping method. You must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims relating to lost parcels.

Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned parcel.

All original shipping and return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
